DIY- Burlap Picture Frames

So this year I hope to conquer some 

of my Pinterest DIY's

And so far I have one down =)

almost...

This is what I saw on Pinterest.. 

from Craft Warehouse...

And here's mine.. 

I got some frames at Aaron Brother's 

buy one get one for a penny sale.. 

Then I used a hot glue gun 

and glued the burlap on the matte.. 

and then just glued the clip onto the burlap.. 

Now I just need to print some pictures out

and find a placed to hang them.

Hurray!!

Valentine's

So for this Valentine's.. 

I am planning to make my own lipgloss..

I found this super-simple recipe on pinterest..

Just some Vaseline and crystal light.. 

And I found some containers on Amazon..

I need to find a cute Valentine saying to go with them though.. 

when I do..

to make up the Valentine's.. 

or I might cave and just buy some awesome Spiderman ones

Gift Giving...

This Christmas season has been 

a bit all encompassing this year.. 

Last year we had a two month old in the house

so the holiday was a bit lost in chaos 

and lack of sleep.

This year I am happy that I can put 

together some gifts with a little more thoughtfulness

and maybe even throw together a few simple projects.

I thought that this was an easy, cute gift 

for giving cash or gift certificates.

I found it on Martha Stewart...

they used coin envelopes, but even toilet paper

rolls would be an easy, accessible choice.

Just add a little scrapbook or wrapping paper!
